Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your kitchen tools and ensure they meet your expectations.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any damage, wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Blender Replacement Parts (opened or used)
  • Bread Machine Parts & Accessories (opened)
  • Coffee & Espresso Machine Parts & Accessories (opened)
  • Deep Fryer Parts & Accessories (opened)
  • Food Processor Parts & Accessories (opened)
  • Cutting Boards (used or showing signs of wear)
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

Note: Opened replacement parts and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and compatibility concerns.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Include the Return Authorization Number on your package and ship to:

  5. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. In your email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange and the replacement product
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item
  4. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
